Project Introduction:

For three consecutive years, Xi Yue No. 8 has been listed on the Michelin Two-Star guide in Shanghai. Commissioned by the brand’s founder, Mr. Lin, and Chef Jian, this new space was designed as an open-kitchen dining experiencetailored to hosting fellow chefs from around the world. These chefs, invited to stay for three days, craft seasonal, spontaneous menus, showcasing their culinary expertise.

Located in the 8th Bridge Creative Park in Shanghai, adjacent to the main Xi Yue No. 8 on Runan Street, the restaurant is a boundary-free dining venue. Its success, fueled by its Michelin recognition since 2017, has created both commercial acclaim and a heightened design challenge for this new branch.
