  • Completion Date: November 2009
  • Project Location: Huishan District, Wuxi

Project Overview

This design fills the entire space with an atmosphere of openness and grandeur, harmonizing the spatial structure with the expansiveness of the surrounding environment. Through the extensive use of natural wood textures, a sense of balance is achieved between visual weight and spatial fluidity, imbuing the space with vitality and a sense of natural harmony.

The interior is divided into distinct areas, each embodying its own cultural identity. Some rooms reflect the “Hall” style, emphasizing spaciousness and elegance; others adopt a “Pavilion” feel, showcasing scroll-like elements; while others exhibit a “Veranda” character, encouraging personal reflection. Each area reflects the cultural narrative of its design.

In every detail, the design follows a careful proportion, adhering to the principles of classic Chinese aesthetics. The refined handling of textures and finishes achieves a seamless integration between traditional elements and modernity. Through the use of natural materials, colors, and textures, the space embodies a sophisticated balance, deepening the timeless qualities of traditional Chinese design with a modern, international appeal.
