As a luxury private residence in the prestigious Suzhou neighborhood, this project exemplifies our commitment to refined material selection and meticulous craftsmanship. Guided by the pursuit of a high-quality lifestyle, we have created a harmonious space that truly elevates living standards, meeting the client’s desire for sophistication and functionality.
From “inside-out,” we carefully considered every detail with the client’s health and comfort in mind. Drawing inspiration from classic French architectural style, we integrated Art Deco-inspired decorative walls as the foundation, complemented by modern, individualized furniture and well-thought-out spatial planning. Unique features such as sculpted spiral staircases and innovative triple heating systems bring elegance and warmth to this custom-tailored residence.
The basement has been thoughtfully designed to maximize natural light and ventilation, creating a bright and airy atmosphere even underground. On the first floor, an adaptable, multi-functional entertaining space offers versatility for hosting gatherings, complete with a stylish minibar for added convenience. Throughout the residence, we emphasized eco-friendly materials that ensure durability, health, and comfort, enhancing the client’s well-being while aligning with sustainable practices.
